MayMedia is a design agency based in the USA on Central Standard Time. We do our best to provide what you need, when you need it. We schedule phone conferences to accommodate clients in other time zones. We understand deadlines and are sensitive to our client’s need for a project to be completed in the agreed upon time frame. We do charge an additional fee for rush jobs, which require weekend services.

All services must be paid for before the files will be released to the client or the printer of the client's choice. To make this convenient MayMedia will email an invoice to the client upon final approval of the job. The client may then pay with a credit card using the PayPal button on our website or submit a check or money order via mail.

MayMedia does not provide free concepts, specs, or mockups. This takes time and attention away from current paying clients, which hopefully, you will be soon!
